Christmas Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Bobby's Microwave Fudge

It's good for the soul!
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1 and a half sticks of butter or margarine
  • 5 oz of evaporated milk
  • 1 small can of marshmallow cream
  • 1 bag of nestles toll house chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  1. Melt butter first, then mix with milk and sugar. Mix together well in a microwavable bowl. 
  2. Microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Allow it set for 3 minutes, then stir well.
  4. Then, microwave again for another 5 minutes and let it set for 2 minutes before stirring again.
  5. Now, mix chocolate chips in and stir well. Then, add marshmallow cream and vanilla.
  6. Poor into a 13x9 inch greased or oiled pan so the fudge won't stick.
  7. Let it cool at room temperature for 2 hours then cut into small slices and let the magic begin!
