The Triumphal Entry of Jesus

Jesus asserted His authority as Lord while entering Jerusalem humbly on a donkey, fulfilling Old Testament prophecy. The crowd misunderstood Jesus' true purpose. For us, we must be aware of the danger of creating a cultural Jesus that aligns with our preferences rather than embracing the Jesus of Scripture.
